Revival of Change is dedicated to empowering underserved communities through sustainable programs in education, health, and community development. We believe that lasting change begins when communities are equipped with the resources and knowledge to shape their own futures.
Founded in 2015, we have grown from a small grassroots initiative to an organization that spans multiple regions, touching thousands of lives through our targeted programs and strategic partnerships.

A Vision for Lasting Change
When Revival of Change Welfare Association was founded, it was built upon a simple but powerful belief: lasting change begins when ordinary people choose to serve others with compassion, integrity, and purpose.
Our journey began with a vision to create more than a charitable organization. We wanted to build a movement where young people could become agents of positive change, where communities could find hope in times of hardship, and where every individual, regardless of background or circumstance, could be treated with dignity and respect.

What We Do
Campaigns & Initiatives
1. Project Insaf
A flagship legal aid initiative ensuring access to justice for vulnerable individuals, especially children and marginalized communities. We provide free legal support, court representation, and post-case rehabilitation.
2. Jail Surveys
Conducting comprehensive surveys inside prisons to document the conditions of juvenile and underprivileged prisoners, identifying cases that urgently require legal aid and humanitarian intervention.
3. Strategic Partnerships
Collaborating with CDRS House of Blessings, IG Prisons Sindh, SZABIST University, Karachi Police Office, Karachi Bar Association & FOSPAH to maximize our reach and institutional impact.
4. Rehabilitation Project (Prison Patty)
A social enterprise providing practical skills and employment to juveniles. "Rehabilitation is not about giving sympathy - it is about creating opportunity."
5. Covid 19 Relief Mission
Distributed daily meals and monthly grocery ration bags across underserved areas of Karachi during the pandemic, ensuring essential support reached those most in need.
6. Flood Relief Mission
Emergency humanitarian support to 2250+ affected families across 6 districts and 9 villages in Sindh. "When disaster struck, we didn't wait - we responded."
7. Plantation Drives
Protecting our environment and promoting sustainability through active community-led tree plantation and green initiatives.
8. Breast Cancer Awareness
Organizing seminars, awareness campaigns, and health camps to educate communities about early detection, prevention, and treatment of breast cancer.
9. Beach Cleanups
Mobilizing youth and community volunteers to clean coastal areas, raising awareness about marine pollution and environmental responsibility.
10. Ration Drives
Identifying and supplying essential groceries and monthly rations to the most vulnerable households to combat food insecurity and poverty.
11. Annual Team Iftar
Hosting large-scale Iftar gatherings to feed the fasting community during Ramadan, fostering a spirit of sharing, unity, and team reflection.
12. Annual Team Dinner
Celebrating the collective efforts and achievements of our team with our annual dinner, building stronger bonds and sharing our future vision.

Over the years, this vision has grown into meaningful action. From supporting families through food and relief initiatives, responding to emergencies and natural disasters, promoting health awareness, developing community infrastructure, and protecting our environment through plantation and sustainability initiatives, we have remained committed to serving humanity wherever the need exists.
At the heart of our work lies our flagship initiative, Project Insaaf, which reflects our belief that justice is one of the greatest forms of welfare. Through legal aid, advocacy, and support for vulnerable individuals, particularly juveniles and those unable to access legal representation, we strive to ensure that justice is not a privilege reserved for a few, but a right available to all.
We believe that sustainable development cannot be achieved through charity alone. It requires empowering people with knowledge, creating opportunities for youth, strengthening communities, and building institutions founded on transparency, accountability, and service.
